What we're about...
Cultured butter, stone-milled flour, chocolate worth the splurge — folded into bakes you won't find anywhere else. Everything is made in small batches, inspired by slow mornings with a good book and cuddly cat, by hand, on purpose.
We believe true luxury is found in everyday rituals: a proper pastry, a well-made cup of coffee, and the time to enjoy them both with someone you love.

Loaf Cat runs on preorders — a small weekly menu drops, you claim your bakes, and exactly that many get made. Runs are limited and the selection stays small on purpose: fewer bakes, fussed over properly. When something sells out, it's gone until the business cats decide it should come back around. New items rotate in every week, and special orders are always welcome when you're dreaming of something particular.
